    i recharge my cell phone 7499080014 with 299 at 10 nov. 2011 but the benefits of tarrif are not received yet.

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Asha who is using ur company (relilance cdma) connection from last 8 years and now I would like to change my CDMA connection to GSM as I would to change my Handset and for the same I had approach nearest Reliance Web World but they ask me to bring some documents for the process like Pan Card and the Address proof which I had deposited while taking connection ( Voter Id ) but I had lost my voter id which was by the name of ASHA VYAS and I intimated the same to the authority that I had lost so suggest me another document then asked me to bring any address proof in which my name shud be ASHA VYAS and then I had submit my ration card and after 20 days when I approch them they replied that RATION CARD is not valid bring the same document which i had depostied while take connection and that was my voter id which I had lost but they told me that there is no anohther solution to get connection of GSM on the same no. which I was having without my VOTER ID as its company norms....

    I do understand the requirement of documents so I had approach to the SBBJ Bank (Jodhpur branch) where I had submit my voter id card when I had opened my bank account beside closing of my account there they help me to search my xerox of voter id so that i cud make it available to u pupil and I had again make my visit to ur office to submit the document but this time they told me that my form will be rejected as my photo is not clear on V.I., I asked them y so, u pupil give connection on behalf of name and address proof and photo was not as dull as they were presenting to me they just took my form without checking that weather I had fill correct or not and told me that ur form will be in rejection and said to me we are accepting ur form but we are very sure that ur form will be in rejection that was the worst response of the customer care person who was sitting there and I must tell u that I had fill the address of ration card in the form inspite of Voter id as it was mentioned in the form that whatever the address proof enclosed that address shud be mentioned in the form but ur employee who was sitting there show least response in checking my form and jst take it with saying these words THAT UR FORM WILL SURE IN REJECTION I M JST SENDING TO FULFILL MY DUTY, then I ask him u r not checking my form then its not my fault but he was shameless and say its not my responsibility and give back to me in very irrespective manner.


    I m very very much disappointed with ur services and after making visti 4 times at ur office and with such rude responses of ur employess over there I had decided to sue ur company in CONSUMER COURT FORUM for wasting my time, money which I had spend on auto and for not changing my connection and for not guiding me properly and I m sending this mail to just intimate u to take some action for the same or to help me out in this matter as early as possible otherwise I will definately take some very strict action against RELIANCE COMMUNICATION and the Reliance Web World which is located at OM TOWER , MI ROAD JAIPUR and the employees ( Mr. Ram and Mr. Yusuf) for wasting my valuable time and for not providing any servie.


    Its my humble request u to chek out this matter at earliest.

    Angry Balance deducted without any msg and call

    Myself Sachin Sharma, who is using your company (relilance gsm) connection from last 3years and i am really happy with your service.

    I have been received time to time various offers from Reliance Communication for subscriptions and although I have never accorded for the same, the subscription charges of Rs.30/- have been deducted from my pre-paid accounts several times.

    Similarly, from last few months, i am continuously receiving a message on my phone i.e. “Your prepaid account balance is currently Rs.2.550. Please recharge your account soon to enjoy uninterrupted service” and again on 17.11.2011 received the same message and every time Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance. On all the occasions I contacted your customer care agent on same days on the phone and informed them and the balance were credited on same on time on my account but yesterday's incident yet i have not receive my deduct balance.

    Please confirm how much time you deduct my balance again from my account in future and how much time i call up your agent again for the solution?

    I m very very much disappointed with ur services and I had decided to see your company in CONSUMER COURT FORUM for wasting my time if again my balance will deduct in future on without any information then i'll definately take some very strict action against RELIANCE COMMUNICATION and the Reliance Web World.

    he takes a several number approixmite 30 no. & he missuse our id proof anju yadv

    all no. are postpaid connection & he does not pay the any no. of the bill some of the no. are 9015024222,9015039888, 9555892700,9555892764, 9555892765,9555892710, 9555256536, 9555256538, etc.

    mr srikant help to ghanshyam choudhary ,

    we are already told to srikant that ghanshaym choudhary not pay the any bill of this postpaid connection MEANS Srikant know this thing &

    srikant told us that "" us se mujhe kya mujhe to bs no. provide krwana hai wo bill bhare ya na bhare mera targate pura ho jaye ga or mai job chod dunga" .............

    Default Complaint against reliance communication

    Hi,

    I wanted to bring to notice the below chain mail and request you to help me to get this resolved. Today I have got a written mail threatening legal action by Mr Anil Kumar, asking me to pay 1084/- amount. I am really left shocked to see such a letter from Reliance Communication.

    After repeated follow up and assurance from RCOM team that they would resolve the issue, the problem is still in the same situation and unaddressed.

    Kindly go through my issues below.


    I had raised a request for cancellation of Netconnect Broadband+ No.9379977173 on 25th Aug 2011, and I got a response below on 26th Aug stating that they would call me within 15 days.. I received a call in 3-5 days and I clearly told them to cancel the connection. Thus the service was terminated. I stopped using the broadband there after.

    I got the bill on 9th sept for making 730/- payment which I duly made it on 27th sept.

    In October again I received a bill to make payment for 487/- , I called up customer care and asked them what is the issue and they said that the connection is still active, even though I haven’t used the broadband, they had charged me 484/- . Then they said that they have taken a service request and they would terminate the connection and I need not make any payment.

    To my surprise again in the month of November I received a bill with outstanding amount of487/- and current charges of 597/- which was shocking to me.

    No in December again I have received a mail asking me to make the payment of 1085/- what is all these.

    You are torturing the consumer to the core,I say Reliance is not giving any customer friendly service. They are taking customer for a ride..

    1. If you have not obliged to cancel the connection based on the customer request (26th Aug) is it customers mistake to be billed for every month there after?
    2. When I have repeatedly told you to cancel the connection why this was not acknowledged and taken action.
    3. I have repeatedly asked on outstanding amount and I have made all clearance before the due date and how come every month there is addition approx. 500/- getting charged?
    4. After all the retention promises, I felt reliance might be a good option, and I took one more connection, but now I am frustrated by the way you are taking us for granted.
    5. There is lack of communication with in RCOM team, where in a customer care doesn’t even know what is the procedure, why & When it has got activated/deactivated and so on… it’s a waste of time talking to customer care for NEtconnect.

    I look forward for your response.

    m using reliance gsm(9555343556) since last one n half years with many complaint, but from 20 jan of 2012 i m facing the problem of wrong deduction of balance from my no. Then I called rcom care at 20 to 21 jan of 2012 to find out the problem, and I registered my compliant, to port my no. the executive does nt wirrten my complaint at that time executive told me ur wrong deduction will be not refund to you.


    But no responce till now from reliance. I also talk to (seniour customer care executive) he told me ur deduction could not be refund b,coz u r using the service from r-world,and i have no msg related to such service and when i was telling him my problem he said me i m doing time pass with him so he will dis-connect my call, her language was very rude and senseless also, i m student i have no time to time pass with anyone.


    At this time i can't use my phone to call anyone b,coz i recharged my a/c, rcom deduct my balance without any reason without any msg, after some time i recieved a msg your a/c reached minimum level please recharge

    Default Complaint against Reliance Communications DSA

    I received a call from a Reliance DSA (so claimed) for an upgrade on my data plan for reliance netconnect.



    The collection boy who came to collect my pan card photocopy and INR 500 in cash did not carry a valid id proof. When I sent him back, I started getting offensive calls from their salesperson whose number is as under:
