I had to write this email due to some horrible 'support' ( if you can call it) provided by one of your customer care reps.

I called at your customer care (Bengali language) at around 6:15 p.m today 30/12. Someone called Nivedita picked up the call. I was already frustated with 3 previous calls on installing Internet datacard service in my cell phone, so I stated that to her, and then requested to not cut the call until the problem was resolved. She was pretty arrogant right from the start of the call, and was trying to deviate from the matter. I suggested her to first listened to the issues I faced with the other CC representatives, and then I was just about to go into the point, when she suddenly put the call on hold !

Well, I had heard about some pathetic CC services in Vodafone, and I was experiencing one right away ! I waited for 6-7 minutes in the hope that she would get back to the call, but she didn't and I had to end the call.

You can listen to the recorded coversation of the call at the time I specified, and you would know how painful it is to talk to the CC rep of Vodafone sometime. Please look into this incident, and provide me an explanation of such a shameful act. My email id is meandsayantan@yahoo.co.in.
