    Angry complaint regarding irresponsible behaviour of NOKIA CARE CENTRE

    hi.. this is pranav rai....i am from lucknow....i purchased my NOKIA N95 8GB in march last year.....so according to this my handset is not in warranty period...in starting of this month(may), i faced a problem of some sort of virus....due to which all my phone data got corrupted & then further got deleted from my phone's mass memory....also my camera button stopped working.....hence i went to nokia care centre at lucknow and conveyed them my problem....they replied that "sir your camera button has to be replaced as it has some technical error" and asked me to take my phone when they will calll me.......after a week i revisited care centre and enquired about my phone but it was not repaired as they did not have that required part....week passed but they gave me no calls, no info about my phone..now after 20 days they called me up and asked me to take my phone unrepaired as they are not getting that phone's part....now what the heck is this.....who will take this phone's responsibility..??? it's not in the warranty period that doesn't mean that company is not responsible for it....also its one of the latest model...!!
    This will not do at all and i'm not going to take this any further.....suggest me any possible way to solve my problem..???

    Angry Nokia care unable to solve Nokia phone problem

    I am having a problem in my nokia 5320 Xpress Music handset so I submitted my phone to Nokia Athorised service Center (Pareek Mobile Care, Raja Park, Jaipur)But after a week they reply me. they are unable to solve my handset problem and can't resolved it.
    is there any alternative to resolve my handset problem?

    Dear All,

    Kindly provide us the details regarding your handset like the cost of the handset, its IMEI number, name and address of the Dealer and Service Centre, as soon as possible. Also inform us that the handset is having what kind of defect.

    Thumbs down about careless of nokia care's employee

    In sirsa Nokia Care no care of customers Under warranty set their sentence are there is water drops in ur handset, and other accessory parts took more than 15 days they sold them to another customer

    Default Complaint about nokia care services

    I have purchased the nokia set E-71 , from Shiv Communication ,B-24 shyam Park extension,Main GT Road Sahibabad.For Rs.20800/- dated 18-12-08 ,invoice no. 100.This set started trouble from very next month .Then the company upgraded the software and handed over.Now one day the set is found dead with blank screen.I have given the same to repair to Nokia Care Centre ,(MAA Communication) B-36, Laxmi Nagar on 14-nov 09.They confimed to get it repair in 3-4 days. However when i have reached to nokia care center to get my set back , found that my set is in Physically demaged conditions with screws cracking the Body of handset. On complaining the same to nokia care , they misbehaved with me saying we have not done any demage and this set is now not repairable.Also they are intentially getting the repair time raised to get the set out of warranty. Concern person at nokia care is Mr. Vikas (9999701515) incident date-21-11-09.Kindly to provide me proper resolution , as i felt cheated with such a big brand like nokia.Presently i have not picked the set back from nokia care.

    Default My nokia n-73 display changed by nokia care without my knowledge

    Sir,
    I gave my phone on 18th nov. to the nokia care, F-6A janakplace, delhi for repairing my radio because there was no voice coming in the radio....they told me to give back the phone on 20th nov....but kept on telling me to wait for one more day for three more consecutive days....
    When i recieved the phone yesterday i.e on 24th nov, i checked by radio it started to work...but didnt gave much thought on the display...i had a doubt with the colour but i thought nokia care ppl cannot do this...may be i'm seeing it after 6 days so its just my imagination...
    When i came back home and whenever i saw my display again and again my doubt kept increasin. I asked my friend to see if there was some difference in the colour of my display....he told me to open the cabinet of the phone and check...
    When i opened the cabinet i saw that the display was not the one that i had earlier before giving my phone to the nokia care. Its colour was different, my original display had no scratches on it...Although the colour it produced was blueish shadow...and the colour that my display produced was moonlight.
    Now when i went there again today....they simply refused that it cannot happen..even they didnt care to check my display...
    I told them to compare that display with any nokia n-73 they will get to know the difference but they said....go n give it to some other nokia care and bring the proof that its not n-73's display..


    Sir,
    Now plzzz help me out of this. I want my display back from them...i didnt expect nokia care to do such cheap thing...the display in my phone is not mine...its colour indication proves that...i dnt have anything else to prove....plzzz help me.

    Dear Sir,
    I baught a Nokia mobile N-73 music addition dated on 28/08/08.From start it has a problem of auto switch off but it happens only 1 or 2 times within 2 oor 3 weeks.Initially I thaught it is a normal problem due to virous but on august 2009 it became serious problem.I submit my mobile phone to costumer care on 21/aug/2009.They give my mobile phone back after one day.It worked good for 1 day but after that it created same problem.
    Again I gave my mobile to costumer care.They gave my mobile after 1-month but now it was not accepting any SIM card.They said to me that now u will get new mobile phone.But till today I did not get my mobile phone back.
    Please take any action against NOKIA care as soon as possible.

    Default Shameful behaviour from nokia care executive

    Hi I am Deepa. from Ranchi .......... i had ringer problem in my nokia 3110C. I went to Nokia Care centre where very Learned Mr. Alok Srivastava, a nokia care executive attended me. i told my problem he said fine it will be repaired and i can take my phone back on the same evening. I went to take my cell back, i was made to wait there for 30 minutes, incharge said that its just getting repaired. after half an hour learned Mr. Srivastava told me that there was some track problem and it will take some time. I askled for a standby and on that he said that he will provide me a standby set next day. I took my phone back and we decided to submit it next day. The day i returned i found that my phone was formatted. Next day i went to the centre after talking to Mr. Srivastava, When i asked him that why my cell was formatted without asking me, he started shouting that he is not responsible for that i he used the words ki " aaplog behas karne chale ate hain. apko service karana hai to karaiye nai to yahan se chale jaye."

    I read the terms and conditions, there it was written that Poddar telecom will not be responsible for the data loss. I Agree, the same could be said by the learned executive properly also. And if formatting is needed, is it not the responsibility of Nokia care that to inform the customer. And my question is this that is the abusive behaviour of the executives right.

    Hello, I am Sujoy from Chittagong, Bangladesh. My Nokia 5130 xpress music (bought june,09) had problem with its audio connector since 17, Feb,201. I brought it to Nokia Care 19,Feb,2010. They couldn't recognize the problem even after I told them about audio headset is not recognizing by the set. They just flashed the set & returned to me. But the problem wasn't yet solved. 22,Feb,2010 I went there & again confirmed the executives about the problem &then the understood the problem. Again they took the set & told me as soon as possible the set will be returned to me after repaired. Meanwhile, I contact with them for several times, they told me that set hasn't been yet repaired. So it's been very much bothering & unwanted event for consumers. How can executives can be such irresponsible of a renowned company? A consumer can't wait for such a long time for his device. So I am requesting the authority to take necessary steps regarding this issues.

    Unhappy nokia care centre..they are not returning my phone..they have lost it

    i am upamita majumder.from kolkata..my handset nokia 5800 express music..i gave it to nokia centre on december..and now ts almost three months they are not giving back my cell..i am talking about gariahat nokia care centre..and the receptionist..she is just sooo irritating..i dnt knw whwn i will bget my cell vack.the people working over there..they are just taking advantages of the brand name..now recently i bought a samsung set..and i think samsung is better than nokia..as nokia care centre is a total fraud

    sir, i am buying last 6 months back buy the cell nokia 5130 express music
    suddently the display is gone , and i am take the servicing centre , he told
    not given to the warranty for display problems, and he collected 700 Rupees and i am paying
    but he is given the bill is duplicate, and the actually the problem is not the display problem
    please take the complaint sir

    Post Phone memmory

    i hope 30 mb is the phone memory for 5130..............i have used not even 3mb of phone memory but when i checked used space and free space it said "5mb free of space" used space was gallery 3mb,application 300kb or so,bookmark 3kb and so on, not even 3mb.........please guide me...

    Dear, sir for this insidence 2 year have passed . After buying nokia n73 within 3 day d bluetoth stoped working after giveing it 2 repair when i went 2 collect it dy said that they have lost d phone . When we had taken d phone d cost it was 20,000 . sir please solve my problem . I want d phone whos cost is 20,000 or my they should return my complet money back...

    SIR, IM ARUN GARG from mansa (punjab).my handset is nokia 5130 music express.it has problem of auto switch off .some times it show only nokia on screen.but when i go to the nokia care,mansa. they say that it is an software problem . they update my software . but they failed in updating the software..in this way it stop working permanently..one of the careless employee of nokia care broken some component of cell.. now he says the cell is out of warranty.. but can i do.?
