Airtel Prepaid "Sim Card Registration Failed" Since today (Dec 30, 2010) morning, the Airtel Sim is giving error saying "Sim Card Registration Failed". I tried contacting the airtel dealers but it was of no help.
We have given copy of passport as the address and ID proof. We also gave all the details including photos and all, when we took the SIM.
The numbers are as follows
1. 9162936941 and
2. 9162926897
While contacting, Airtel Customer service , I was told that the number does not exist. We have been using these numbers for quite a long time.
This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that we have this number.
I am not sure, why Airtel did this? There was no call/sms intimating any outstanding documents etc.

Sim registration failed Hello Airtel,
my no.9993332411 has got a problem,when i insert my Airtel sim on my phone it shows sim registration failed.Therefore i request you to please resolve my problem.Airtel has always been favourite to me,so please don't let me down..

I lost my sim and got a new one after getting it locked. The representative of airtel at the airtel office told me that the sim will be on within 6 hours. But i havent got it working yet. its 18 hours from when i got the new sim. Help me out because i have damn important work that im loosing because of some care lessness by Costumer Service of Airtel.

I am Swadesh Jangde at present working in Amravati M.S. and I have a airtel sim no. 9893970049 from MP. Today my sim registration is failed message is diplayed in my mobile.
What kind of support i dont know.
