My name is Rahul Mishra and I am using the Idea (may number is 9718595377) from long time. I am very dissappointed with the serviecs they guys are providing... there csutomer support put me hold for 30 min and didnt gave me any resolution of the problem i am facing. Noone is able to contact me everone are getting teh same messge " The mobile you are calling is out of coverage area". I lost my business due to this issue. I have called their customer support but no luck. I have sent the email for teh same to the complaint related email address. I want the refaund for the business loss i had due to this. Please help me with this issue. i am facing this problem from past 10 days. I am using idea serviecs in sec 5 noida. please please help me in getting the refund.
