    Default Reliance communication

    reliance communication has activated a service named "mi feeling" on my mobile number 7428142835 twice.
    I have called their customer care number *333 and asked to remove the service and return my balance.
    they agreed to remove the service but refuse to return my balance.

    They again activated the service "mi feeling" and deducted Rs30/- .
    now what to do??

    Dear Sir
    My mobile no. is 9316122665. I have been using this no. since 2006. I have to state that its been 15-20 days I have nt been able to make any calls. I have balance in my mobile. I can recieve calls bt not able to make calls. When i want to call at any no. every time it goes to customer care and they say its an emergency call. Upon asking the problem they suggested me to call at *228 and follow the instructions. I did that but even then I am not able to make calls. Everytime i speak to customer care they ask me to do this. But that is not working. Kindly help.

    they have deducted rs30 saying renewing your service.
    i called to customer care and launch a complaint under service request number 144266232. after 1 day their message come and it says us service has been deactivated and and then i called to customer care again and they said the service is still activated. i have place the request for deactivation earlier also on 15 dec 2010 , at that time they refunded the money and at that time also they say your service has been deactivated .
    when i placed complaint here earlier then on 31 dec 2010 , their representative called me and said no such service in been activated on my number currently.
    and then on 2 jan 2011 , they deducted Rs30.
    Now what to do i am just frustrated with their this kind of service and behavior????

    Default Didn't get any recharge even after paying 150 Rs Online

    My name is Tarun Agarwal (Reliance GSM mobile no. 7676012004). I have recharged with Rs 150 at 11:35 pm on 5th January 2011 but I haven't got any recharge in my account. I have called RCOM customer care at 198 twice but haven't got any satisfactory reply. As usual their server was down and they couldn't verify whether I had made recharge or not. They were not ready to lodge any complaint. I am frustrated with their service.
    Now I have to make urgent calls.

    What should I do now. Should I recharge more.....Please give me explanation otherwise I have to take hard steps. You will not only loose a genuine customer but also lot of potential customers too.

    Reply as soon as possible.

    I have called their customer care number *333 and asked to remove the service and return my balance.
