reliance communication has activated a service named "mi feeling" on my mobile number 9835555257 twice i am based in Ranchi.
I have called their customer care and asked to remove the service and return my balance.
they agreed to remove the service but refuse to return my balance. i also tried the unsuscribe message "Unsub 2229". but it get stared every month. what should i do. plz help

my phone number is 8103764801 . For past 2 months I was subscribed to smart - mifeeling service .I have tried to unsubscribe it but every month it gets resubscribed . i have tried unsub 2229 to 155223 ...i have only gotten a reply "your request has been accepted . you will be intimated shortly abbout the status of your request " after that i get an sms which has a reply " 6 " . i don't understand this ... please unsubscribe this service as soon as possible
