    Unhappy Sony Ericsson - Authorised Service Centre - Complaints

    I had purchased a new hand set (sony ericsson W580i) on 2-05-2008 . Due to some problem I have handed over my sony ericsson W580i set at the authorised service centre of Sony Ericsson for repair ( replacing the key – which was on right side disconnecting button ) on 21/04/2009. They asked me to wait for 10 minutes after that they said there is problem in the board. The service centre person told me it will take 15 days time for getting the same repaired. After 15 days when I called to that service center they said it will take another one week, the problem in the set has not been resolved & will take 1 more weeks. One day I had sent mail to the in charger of that service center on 13-05-2009 and she had replied immediately sayting (Hi Madam, With the reference mail request you to kindly request give us sla of 48hrs. We will deliever the handset.) again had sent mail on 18-05-2009 asking (Hi Durga, Good Morning, When can I come to your office to collect my handset.) for that she had replied on same day saying (Dear Madam, tomorrow you can collect your handset) .Went to the center to collect my handset they were showed somebody’s hand set and immediately I called up that lady (Nirmala) she asked me to meet next day. I visited the service center next day the lady over there asked me to wait for approx.1 hr & after that she gave me the set which was not mine. The Handset given to me was not mine & when I told the same to her, she replaced the same & handed me another one which too was not mine . It is almost more than a month still I have not received my handset. They had changed my battery and all and there were telling me one big story. Due to their carelessness this has happened and even the incharger had agreed for that.

    There was one small mark on the key pad of my sony ericsson W580i set which I have not told them which helps me in identifying mine. Since the very first visit they were handing me some other set .

    Rs10300/- approx. is not a small amount

    Request you to please help me on this.

    myself avnish from agra had purchased sonyerisson C702 and there was a key problem .hundred of times i have go to the sonyerisson service center and the workers did not solve out my problem he behave very rudely so i request you to solve out my problem and take appropiate action against them my mob no is 9808320948 plzz contact me as soon as possible ...........

    Default Sony Ericsson Service Centre Complaint

    I had bought Sony Ericsson w705 Mobile in the month of may 2009.and unfortunately after 10 days of completion of warranty handset got problem and it was not working at all,so i submitted the handset to sony ericsson service centre,Ccom services,F11,1st flr eternity mall Thane(w) 400602 on 2 june 2010. the response you get from receptionist while submitting your handset is very obnoxious,she is not at all bothered about your frustration and a kind of etiquette that she has to follow especially when you are a receptionist,first of all you are frustrated with your handset not been working and moreover the receptionist will frustrate you at her core,by not giving any respect to you as a customer.
    I had been told i have to deposit 267Rs for the diagnosis of handset and service charge,which i did deposit.my Work Order No:SE310CS114073. once it has been diagnosed there will be an additional charge according to the problem related to the handset.and it will get deducted from the deposited amount. after diagnosis within 2 days handset will get repaired and the same will be handover to me.it has been 20 days now,i have been contacting service center i am getting same response it has not been repaired because they do not have the part available with them to repair the handset.believe me it is really frustrating,when no body is hearing your complaint,you being an authority has to take some serious action against all these malfunctioning of this service centre,these people do not have any right to run this service centre,if they are providing such a pathetic service to customer's.hope to have ASAP response from your end.

    Unhappy Not getting my new mobile back form service

    myself niyati from rajasthan had purchased sonyerisson w20 and there was a keyand display problem .hundred of times i have go to the sonyerisson service center and the workers did not solve out my problem he behave very rudely so i request you to solve out my problem and take appropiate action against them my mob no is 9928647596 plzz contact me as soon as possible ...........

    Default Service complaint

    I have a Sony Ericsson hand set W995 which is 1.5 years old. The performance of the set during the perid was excellent. The strip of the set got damagd in Febrruary last week this year.I have approached different service stations at Calicut and Palakad;but the service support offered were very poor.At Palakad,the certified service centre Znex Telecom, NS Tower , Near stadium bus stand was not at all interested even looking in to the matter and denied any possibility of getting the set repaired by saying the strip will not be available & it has been withdrawn from the market.At Calicut,Care Point, Das Bldg.Railway Station link road asked for Rs.2100/- as the price of strip which is more than double the amount, estimated later, by Sahar communications, Kannur.Moreover ,The Care Point revealed that they are not at all registering the the complaint into the site of Sony Ericsson. NowI have submitted the set to Sahar communication, Kannur and waiting for more than tn days ie a victim of poor service support from Sony Ericsson, unable to use the hand set for more than last 2 months.
