I would like to lodge a complaint regarding balance getting deducted on its own.my number is 9733390867 and I am using blackberry handset and I have also activated the blackberry service in which my balance is deducted by rs 15 per day but besides that my balance got deducted of about 20 rupees and its still getting deducted.I called the customer service but they say they can't do anything.m in siliguri right now...pls look into this matter.ty

My mobile no is9953839336 im a customer of voda since years three days ago my balance deducted automatically customer care executive mr sarbjeet promised me of refund in24hr but i did not get any refund after that they blocked my custmer call also.i m very ddisapointed.this is the worst custmer care i have seen.i will never recomend anyone to use vodafone
