Hi i am facing a very annoying problem from past 3 months. a service called word meaning is activated on my mobile from last three months with out my consent. and continuously Rs 1/ day is deducted. and the most annoying thing is that even after contacting the customer service several times i am not able to find the solution. they keep on saying it will be deactivated with in 4 hours but just counting the hours and not able to find the unending 4 hours.
I have never got such disappointment from any service like this and want a solution if some responsible person of vodafone is reading to it.
