My name is Akash. I am prepaid customer of Airtel mobile.

My number is 9724318715.

This is my sister's sim card actually but as she does not use this number now so I am using this sim card. we are brother & sister .

Sir I am deeply mentally harassed by Airtel company as Airtel sends me vulgar & Adult content messages.

I have never given permission to Airtel for sending such adult messages.


I am writing few of them.

There were also some messages before 2nd december also but I am not writing all such messages.


Sir I have called to Airtel complain number 198 & customer care number 121 to complain for this several times.

But i was not responded properly.

Besides that one of airtel customer care officer on phone told me that it is Airtel's sim card so we can send you any kind of sms.

Sir I am not agree with this. how can they send me such adult & vulgar messages as I don't like these. & also I am telling that I don't like these. Never send me such adult & vulgar messages.

Also when I was complaining for the same I was having some issues also for wrong deduction.

Sir Airtel company knows that I don't like such adult & vulgar message then also they sends me; as they have send me today itself which I have already write above.

When I was complaining for it again & again Airtel company has blocked my mobile number for calling to 198 & 121.

Yes sir they have blocked my number for calling 198 & 121.

Till to day my number is blocked for calling to 198 & 121.

Sir my demand was just for an apology letter from Airtel company in past but now as I am continuly getting mental harassment I need compensation.

Because sir I am continuously getting such dirty message.

I also faced embarrassment situation in front of my family when they looked my mobile & I had to clarify everything at that time to them.


Sir Airtel company knows whole matter & to prove this I also mention that I got call from Airtel corporate office delhi on 7th December 2010.

Mr.Rahul was on phone & he talked very rudely; & he strictly denied for any apology letter.
Also after that phone call he immediately called me again to say they would not say sorry & he cut the phone.

Sir this is beyond of ethics & moral values.

Sir for me; in my life my ethics & my moral values does matter a lot. I can't tolerate such mental harassment.

It hurts my feelings.

When I personally met to Airtel Service center;Bharati House; Nr.Income Tax Cross Roads; Ahmedabad I was not responded properly.

I would also mention the proof at last of this mail that Airtel company knows everything then also they send me such things.

By mistake I was complaining everytime to any other website because I was thinking that website as your’s website. I tried to write that url over here but system is not allowing me to write any url here.

But airtel company read that complain & also replied also which I have simply written at last.

So in past I have complained to consumer complain website ; thinking that that was court website.

But I would also mention that by complaining on that website Airtel knows the whole issue.

Airtel company knows the whole matter & still sends me vulgar message.



I am requesting to the honourable magistrate saaheb that i should be given some compensation for this mental harassment continuously provided by Airtel.

Also this messages spoil society & teenage people.
