Hi,
i am Airtel Blackberry usser and having my current no with them for almost two years now. My credit limit is Rs 25,000 which shows that i am one of the good customers they have but the problem i am facing with them is that i need to activate call conference facility on my phone but they are not willing to do so as i have international roaming activated on my phone and they give a very stupid reply for the same whereas the same facility is there for there own employees moreover as i travel abroad a lot and have to do a lot call conference as well i am really struggling a lot is there a way i can drag them to for not satisfying when i as customer is willing to pay them for the services.
