Dear Sir,

I have purchased a new sony Ericsson phone from S.S. Phones Jaipur i have also received on head free set with mobile and both are under 1 year warranted.

My head free was not working since long and same is deposited at service center for replacement but after many follows up with service center and customer care i am not getting my head free from ericsson also they are not confirmed when i will receive it.
