    Exclamation non caring nature of customer care

    respected sir,
    i m a deffence person and presently serving indian navy at karwar, karnataka.for some service requirement i had been temperorly transfered to lonavla,maharashtra.earlier i had launched a complaint on ur site around 18 may 09 aganist vodafone
    on 17may 09 as i hve some urgent requirements i had used the net recharge facility for my prepaid no 09916008443(karnataka no) for a Rs 221 , at around 11.30 am,using my Axis bank debit card of account no 00044110 (main branch of axisat karwar),the money got deducted from the accont but the recharge was not succesful,
    again at arund 1530 i recharged the same agin using same facility as due to some emergency requirements , but again the same happend and a total of 221+221=Rs442 got deducted from my account no 00044110 of axis bank
    i called up 111(customer care)but they told me that as i m on roaming at maharashtra they cant help me in this matter and told me to conact my customer care (which was a chargable no).i had borrowed mob frm one of my friend and called the customer care around 9 pm but they seem to be not of helping mood,they put me on hold for around 15 min and so i cut the call and called back again,then i told the customer care executive to tell me my complaint registration no , but he was also keen to keep me on hold , after a long trouble he gave me complaint no as 105196602.
    i send 2-3 mails to the customer care mail id provided on their web site for further assistance, but got a reply tht the money will be credited back to my account with in 3 working days.then i launched a complaint on ur site
    till not the money is neither credited nor the money is recharged on my vodafone account
    sir i request u to please look in to this matter seriously

    Hello,

    We have gone through your complaint, kindly send a written notice to your area nodal office of the vodafone, mention all the details in it and sak them for the refund + damages + 12% interest. send the notice via registered post only, as it will strengthen your case if you need to lodge your complaint.
