Default Airtel: Last call for help: or else I will file a lawsuit and inform the press

This is regarding the number 8105109397.

    My 1st post was consumercourtDOTin/mobile-services/40158-airtel-number-de-activatedDOThtml

    2nd post was consumercourtDOTin/mobile-services/40263-i-think-ive-been-contacted-about-my-problem-but-i-need-help-airtel-presence-1stDOThtml

    3rd post was consumercourtDOTin/mobile-services/40489-airtel-admits-its-own-mistake-but-refuses-help-now-whatDOThtml

and this is my 4th post. My 5th post will probably be on newspapers and arrive as a legal notice.

In the above 3 URLs replace DOT with ' . '

I'll explain my problem once again, point wise this time.

I bought the SIM on 6th November along with submission of documents.
Somehow documents didn't reach Airtel as I got the warning for resubmission.
I submitted documents again on 25th November but was NOT given acknowledgement. I never knew I should get acknowledgement as this was my time at Airtel Customer Care centre and there was no instruction posted in that centre.
I waited till 4th December and submitted my documents again after consulting an Airtel official who promised me my number to be reactivated within 3 days.
But since it didn't reactivate I called up Customer Care who told me that my number has recycled and registered under someone else's name.
I contacted Nodal office who told I can't get my number or my money back but my number was not under someone else's name. This was the difference in information I received.
I contacted Appellate office who informed me the same thing as Nodal office.
Then I posted my problem on this site.
Then I was contacted by a person named Manoj Kumar or something similar who claimed to be an Airtel official based in Delhi.

He admitted that it was indeed Airtel's fault for not providing me an acknowledgement and misplacing the documents which I submitted on 25th November but told me I can neither get my money back nor my number back. Not even a different number for free.

I was then contacted by Deepak who told me to consult the shopkeeper who sold me the SIM for the refund of money.

But before I could do that, I received a call from Rahul who promised to re-activate my within 24 hours but as of now it is almost 72 hours.

As I've said already said, I've spent money on buying the SIM and on currency and if I get at least the number or at least the money or at least another number free of cost would satisfy me.

I'm sick and tired of calling up Airtel again and again. This time I've already contacted a lawyer and the press about the issue and if I do not receive help soon, I'll be filing a lawsuit and telling the press to go ahead and publish my story.
