Dear Sir,

i am Ratan Pal Singh my mobile no. is 9350534332, i am using this number from last 3 years. There was some ipl cricket alert service activated on my number for which i had never requested. After that i requested to deactivate it on 30 april. But service was not deactivated, than again i have given complaint on 8 may 2009. And reliance is charging me Rs.5 per day basis for this thing.

But till date cricket alert service is not deactivated. I want to deactivate this service as well as reversal for the entire period.

I am totaly upset with the responses of ur customer care executives. And the holding time on ur customer care numbers.
