    Default Relince Prepaid Mobile Auto Charge Apply without any Subcription

    Dear Sir/Madam
    My name is Pukhraj Meghwanshi I have a reliance prepaid connection number is 9509023230. But since 6 month when I recharge my mobile then 30/- rupee is auto debited. Regarding this when I call to customer care then he Replied that you are subscribe some monthly plan like boll wood news, cricket news, or other alert. But I never subscribe that type of subscription. Its auto subscribes by reliance and debit amount. I called many time to costumer care and told for unsubscribe all alert. They unsubscribe alert but next time (month) automatically new alert subscribe and debit balance without any massage regarding service subscription detail. Many times that is happened and many time I complain to customer care but they never agree with me that it's system problem they always say you subscribe this service and you have to pay for it. But I never subscribe.
    So please do some necessary action, it's happened with many customers but because of time concern and lack of knowledge they can't complain. Reliance Communication is doing fraud with customer.
