The Airtel customer service is not agreeing to this but they have the same phone number(mine on post-paid) issued to a Doctor on pre-paid. Everyday i receive at least 10 wrong calls where people call and ask for a doctor. This is causing me a lot of harrassment and is adding to my roaming bills since i am usually on roaming during weekends.
please help me get a reimbursement on the roaming charges charged due to this blunder on part of airtel and also compensation for the mental harrassment & problems caused to me.
