I m using reliance post paid mobile (Rcom) since 2002-2003 , services to my no 09313464843 has been blocked since 29/11/10 for submission of certain documents. I submitted the asked documents on 02/12/10 at sec 14 webworld Gurgaon,and having been requested to start services multiple times they have not started services as of now 10/12/10. I even have called up the customer care no and visited the webworld several times but every time they keep shunting from one person to other or to one number to other. I m now frustrated and dont know how to proceed further. I stay quite far away from the nearest webworld and each time i visit there they ask to call customercare and while i call customercare they ask me to go and contact webworld.
