On 4-12-2010 there will bw a deduction of Rs. 25 + Rs. 3.45 for VAS
these 2 deductions was not informed to me and more over
i have not started any VAS service, after 15 nov 2010.
my phone was Do Not Disturb (DND) from 15 of nov-2010,i have the sms from Idea side for DND me

these types of deductions have already been done bi idea, many times from last 2 months and each time i have tio call there customer care to stop that service.
and after that they again automatically star the VAS service and deduct mony from my account.

Though I have navar activated any kind of VAS servise from last 2-3 months.
I havd mailed them so many times but they did not response me positively,
then i decide to go to consumer court for this matter.

My complaint is that the IDEA is deducting money from phone no. 9891079072 account without any resion,i have not activated any VAS service ,after that they deduct money after some interval, automaticallythey start some kind of VAS service.

They are mentelly tourching me from the last 2-3 months.

please do some kind or action against them.
