My mobile no: 09025028846 (RELIANCE GSM)
Last week i have recharged my no. with Rs. 650/- Reliance STD Calling Card. In this card the offer is that night STD free reliance to reliance (11 pm to 6 am). But when i want to call at night after 11 pm, the reply is "BUSY NETWORK" or i have to try for more than 30 minutes to make a single call. To use this special trariff facility we need to add prefix *3750 before the concern mobile number (eg *37509832499236). When i use this facility the reply is network busy & i need to try thousands time to make a call. Bt when i make the same call on the very next moment without using the prefix *3750 i get the connection instantly. And i am charged for it from my main balance. And this is a daily problem from 11pm to 6am. This is a trick to cheat the customers & not a technical problem, i am sure of it. Contacting the Customer care was of no help.
This practice is against TRAI directives & guidelines.If this problem is not ractified immediately i am ready to fight my case it any level.
I would like the consumer court to study my allegations seriously & also provide me legal help i need. I could also sue RTL to compensate me for their wrong doings. I am further planning to highlight my case through the media.
