On 4th Dec.2010 I sent an sms to unsubscribe the callertune. Today I recieved another sms informing that the caller tune has been renewd or downloaded and Rs.10/- has been charged from my balance amount. I have all the sms with me which was sent to me by reliance and which I sent to the company. They have done this in the past also.
