I had taken a 3G SIM from BSNL and activated it on 25/11/10. At the time of activation itself, the BSNL employees were telling me that there was a problem for the FRC to get activated on my SIM. I had paid total 3G SIM and activation charges of Rs. 179. The initial balance was Rs. -2 instead of Rs. 20. They told me to wait for 24 hrs. maximum. But even till today 1/12/10, the problem has not been rectified. Daily I am calling them and the reply I get is that they have informed the Ernakulam division about the problem and awaiting a reply. I can't know my balance as *123# returns a message with balance Rs. -2 and wrong validity. Also how can I top up my account if the problem persists like this? Kindly take it up and do the needful. Thank you.
