My Mobile no. 9025747161(Reliance GSM). Last week i was recharge my no. with Rs. 650/- STD calling card. In this card the offer is night STD free reliance to reliance(11 PM To 6 AM). But when i want to call in night adjuct 11 PM the reply is this route is busy or this account is currently in use. its not a one day problem. It's a daily problem from 11 PM to 6 AM. If network is busy. why reliance saying THE NO. 1 NETEORK

i am prateek tiwari a customer of reliance gsm. on 24 july i got my reliance number (9625156555) of himachal pradesh recharged with reliance calling card of 650. when i call to some one after 11 then always it come network busy. i am unable to call any one till 12 o'clock..so tel me will my complain be solved.if it will be solved that i will be able to call from 11 pm then i will get it recharged again....otherwise i am sorry...

9312792212 ( ( on 4 th oct 2009 they charged us Rs 30 and 1 Rupees per day )

we had not applied for any caller tunes,

But Reliace charge us Rs 30 from us themself,

They have charge Rs 30 + 30 = 60

We never applied for caller tunes.

as well as they are also charging Rs 1 rupees

Plz help us fot this.

We did talk with Reliance customer care they are you apply your self for caller tunes, We are in Big Problem with Reliance this type of work.

Plz guide us or Help us

very poor network. i have graet problems with reliance network. never call a urgent call timely.

I am a reliance pre-paid gsm user. My mobile no is 9595582910. I got daily 5-6 service calls on my mobile and i had got tired of receiving them. Due to this many times i had missed really important calls. I want all service calls and messages to be stopped immediately.

my name is mashaallah khan....i live at pydhonie mumbai..... my mobile no. is 9322817108....... got 10 rs. deducted from my balance. without instruction. when i called the customer care they r saying a pack is activated on ur mobile. i said i have not activated any pack... but they r not listening... even they r not ready to take a complaint... what shit is this... please take action against such things... although 10 rs. seems to be a small amount... but reliance in mumbai only has above lakh customers. so the amount they r cheating is in million... please raise some voice. against it...

I got terminated a deta card no 09310256728, A/C no .2397362122 in November 16 but still

rel is sending me unpaid bills, and threatening me to take legal action against

me.............when I took the connection at that time they said to use that card free of

cost till 2 months, and said to send me the bil for 3rd month whatever I'll used. bit they

send me the bil from 1st month. RIM is cheater, bluffer, and completely fraud

company...........please guys beware of it..

I had activated rel 99 gprs pack of unlimited browsing on 2 April 2010, my bal was deducted on the same day of activation. My pack is not yet activated. I contacted customer care several times, gave lot of complains whos numbers are as follows :

The complains have not yet been solved and are just let gone.
I even asked for refund of my money, even that has been rejected.
I even met Reliance Web World Executives(at Satellite,Ahmedabad) but they too don't respond properly.


Sir/Ma'am do response as soon as possible and please do provide me a feedback of my complain.

i have already registereed complaint regarding sms & network.
Complaint no. Is 123309497. Mr prabhu customer executive attend me.
He disconnect the call when i am explaining my complaint. He is not ready to listen me.
When i am trying to send sms , the message displaying "error message sending, try again"
as per your suggestion i change my sim also but now also i am facing same problem.

That is your information your networking service is very bad in our area. If you have not good capibilality available for networking then why do you provide SIM card? Sir/Madam I know if you read this mail then you call me or mail me for my satisfied but this is not 1 st time sir/madam I also complain any time for networking problem but your costumer care same word using sorry for this problem after some time your problem is solved but that problem is as well as. When I TWO SIM card using your company whose result is this. Main problem is if I talking by your connection then I going 3rd or 4th floor on building then you’re networking properly working. If I live on ground floor (In Room) then not network on my mobile when is E-63 (Nokia) using. So sir/madam plz cheek this problem on urgent basis or tell me what I do? If you not tell me or solved it then I changed your connection using of other company connection . Depend on YOU what do you?
