    Default Reliance is picking pockets without coming infront

    Dear sir/mam

    My name is lakhvir singh and my no. is 088820-86839 of delhi region.I have taken this no 3 month back.
    My complaint is that the unfare deductions are happening from account under name of value added secemes like caller tune, antakshri etc which i never request.

    I have also written to nodal officer regarding this,I AM GIVING THE REFRENCE OF OUR EMAIL CONVERSTIONS BELOW

    Thnks for entertaining my complaint and giving me little relief.

    As i have already written below that my balance has been deducted 30 rs every day from 07 dec to 10 dec means total 120 rs but u refunded only 60 rs which is just like making cooperate.


    Pl Pl refund my full deductd money (rs 120).



    About your below no. is always running busy and its very expensive to call on this no.because computer say to stay on line to very long time.

    Dear sir/mam

    My name is lakhvir singh and my no. is 088820-86839 of delhi region.I have taken this no 3 month back.
    My complaint is that the unfare deductions are happening from account under name of value added secemes like caller tune, antakshri etc which i never request.As unfare deductions are very common with reliance connection,Similarily i have faced no of unfare deductions from the last 3 months as i have taken this no.( like on 1 nov 30 rs, on 9 nov 5 rs etc. these are only which i could remember).

    But this time its very shameful to say that reliance has broken all the records of unfare deductions.On 07 Dec 30 rs deducted from my account, then again 30 rs on 08 Dec.,then again 30 rs on 09 Dec.then again 30 rs on 10 Dec.Its just like that i have brought car on daily installments or reliance thinks that i have plant of money in my house.Sir/mam i want to make it clear that i am simple employee and its my hard earned money please believe.

    On 10 Dec as checked my balance there was very little money in my account, as a day before on 08 Dec i had recharged with rs 100 and made 2 calls only.Then i called customer care they said these deductions could not be refunded,they can only stop the services (forced services).Some excutives was saying that i should call before 48 hrs,Sir i ask how could one know when you activate caller tune on his her phone, becoz no one call on his/her no. himself.

    Sir/mam what i think any sevice can not be forced on any one as reliance is doing.
    Its nothing but just like picking someones pocket without coming in front.

    Sir/mam this is not my 1st bad experience with reliance before this i have faced problem with my old reliance no.(9541013543).In that concern also i had written to you,but nothing could be fruitful thats why i had to made that no. permanent off.Below giving the reference of that mail also.

    Please Please look into this matter and refund my hard earned money.

    Default reliance mobile complaint...unnecessary activation without request

    Respected sir/ madam

    Its really disheartening to see so many complaints against reliance mobile which once used to be the No: 1 in the telecommunication field.. Every industry has to understand that its basically their customers who make them or can bring them down..

    My case is no different from others.. I too had to face lot of issues regarding unnecessary acivation of caller tunes/ music packs without request and deduction of charges from my account, not just once but number of times. Even after continuous request and complaints no actions were taken neither any considerations to refund the deducted amount..
    I request the consumer court to look into the matter and do the necessary actions for the benefit of the public..

    Default Complain of reliance mobile

    I recharged for RS 50 on 29.12.2010...............and got a message tht my acc. is recharged with Rs.43.33 on 29-12-2010 at 11:15:30 a.m.
    After sometime when i checked my balance..........there was just 10 rupees left in my balance.....without any reason my balance was deducted.......n when i tried calling for reliance customer care on *333 or 198 it always said tht this route is busy or all our customer representatives are busy.........After trying for such a long time unfortunately when one of them picked d phone thn they told me tht my account is not opening ............call after sometime.....they always harass d customer.......

    i have prepaid reliance gsm mobile (9022425646). i have a complaint against reliance mobile of reducing my prepaid balance on account of activating one or the other unauthorised pack after every week or fifteen days. if i contact reliance on custmer care they never try to understand my problem. in the recent past they activated a mozila pack on my mobile, (for your information i never used internet in my mobile or never play a game), i talked to custmer care, the guy to whom a talked confirmed that your complaint is registered i asked about my complaint number but he said to be submitted through SMS but he never registred my complaint i received no complaint number. i again contacted to customer care but every time they say 'all the executives are busy to other call please stay with us' but after 3-4 times, the line is disconnected, Every time when i recharge they deduct my balance, please help / suggest what i can do & when i recover my deducted balance

    Exclamation activation of marketing calls without knowing to you

    I've a reliance CDMA connection-9392848266 prepaid , they activated some caller tunes without my knowledge,
    on fine day they deducted the amount as charges ,when I telephoned customer care ,they told that,some thing (I don't
    know the name of the scheme)is activated,charges deducted.I deactivated the scheme on 22,Nov2010 I received
    the SMS confirmation too from RM564644. Today i.e04 Jan 2011 again they deducted me as charges when I rang
    customer care Once again they given me SMS, saying with in 45 days it will deactivate , on 22 Nov 2010 they
    given time for 45 days now also they given 45 days.
    to whom I have to complain ...? to get money back
    Just think How many people are complaining ...?
    to deactivate the schemes 45 days time is necessary...?

    Thumbs down complaint against illegal balance deduction on reliance gsm

    hi my reliance gsm no. is 9024531490. today (8-01-2011) when i checked my balance it shows negative balance. when i called reliance customer care @198 they said u have activated Geeta Pack... but i didn't activated any pack, infact i didn't used this no. from 3-4 days...its all is cheating from reliance. they refused to refund my balance and when i said them to transfer my call to your senior, they put my call on hold for unlimited time and this happen for 3 time..i think reliance ke bure din aa gaye hai ab jo is tarah se cheating start kar di hai...

    Default Illegal balance deduction by Reliance GSM

    MY Reliance GSM number is 7827510593.From last two weeks Reliance debited my A/C illegally by activating some Pack on my number without my permission.
    Last Week 49 Rupees has been debited from my A/C in the name of Movie Masala pack without informing to me and yesterday another 35 Rupees has been debited from my A/c by activating another Pack. Can’t Reliance do business in a ethical and honest way ?Is this the way to treat customer??? Why it is happening with me every time???

    Default Activation of Unwanted packs on my number

    I have been using reliance from the past 3-4 years....now and then reliance people are activating some unwanted packs on my number. Initially they were activating and i am getting message regarding the activation of the unwanted service pack...during that time i used to call them and deactivate them immediately. Sometimes i got my money back..After some days they started activating unwanted packs on my number and they were not sending any messages regarding the activation of such packs..When i call them they started saying it was activated from my side by following the reliance call..So what i have done is i started, not attending any calls from reliance & new numbers. i was attending calls from new numbers only after i make sure that it is not from reliance. In the process i ignored many calls from my friends when i lost my mobile..Even after not attending the calls they are activating the unwanted packs and not sending me the intimation regarding the activation of pack..When i call them they are saying the same story that it was done from my side...finally i activated the donot disturb service....I don't know how u reliance people do these type of things....can u please resolve my issue of activating unnecessary packs on my number...

    Angry RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE - Repeated Disconnection even after submitting CAF form 5 times

    I have a prepaid Reliance CDMA phone (93250xxxx5). I have been using it for the past 5 years. I had received an SMS in July of 2010 to re-submit CAF as per new guidelines. I had duly complied with it and submitted the form with relevant documents to Reliance Web World located in Aundh, Pune, India. Suddenly my service was discontinued in August without intimation. On enquiry I was asked to submit the CAF form again. I did that again and at the same Reliance Web World store. My service was restored but blocked again. The same process was followed, service restored and stopped again in October. This has now happened for 5 times and I have submitted CAF form 5 times now. The service was again discontinued on 19th January, 2011.
    Harassed to the extreme, I got in touch with the Nodal officer for Maharastra on 20th January, 2011. The nodal officers, Vandana, Sameer and others, assured restoration of service within 24 hours. They have been assuring this every day since that day. The number is still blocked.
    By this attitude RCOM has proven over and over again that they excel in scoring high on customer unsatisfactoriness, harassment and outright rude customer service. Now I know why RCOM is loosing customers by the tons and number portability is a God send for thousands of RCOM customers like me.
    My suggestion to all is to stay away from services provided by Reliance Communications to avoid loosing ones piece of mind.
