    Default Disconnected my Reliance prepaid service

    Hi,

    My name is vijay anand and my number is 095858 36266, i moved to reliance from vodafone using MNP recently and yesterday night my number was deactivated without any information.

    I reached Customer Care and enquired about this, but they replied that my details are not updated in their records. I have submitted my proof properly while doing MNP and they claim that proof is submitted and details not updated, my duty is only to provide correct ID proof and after that Reliance should take from there, but they blame on me for detials not updated.

    Also there was no intimation sent to be regarding proof requirement, this is very flusturation and Customer care is not providing any solution for that. They do not have any detials of Customer, their own team details and not ready to understand or help cutomer but they simply call themself as Customer care.

    This gappend not only to me, but also 2 other people in our team.

    Please take care of this.

    I have prepaid Reliance CDMA mobile. My phone no. is 8595193703.Before two months on 04.11.2011, I recharged my mobile and one another reliance CDMA mobile no.9351539391 with amount RS. 149.00. I recharged through ICICI net banking. My balance in bank account was deducted at the same time but we didn’t get any talk value on both mobile. We received a message from Reliance that “recharge successful for MRP 149, account credited with RS.01 talk time.”
    When I talked on Reliance customer care, they took complain and told that amount will be refunded in my bank account or talk value will be credited to my mobile account within 48 hrs. But no amount was credited in any account. I contacted again to customer care but they were totally confused and told me that amount can’t be refunded. You have got talk value for it. Again I called then they told that 149 recharge is not valid for reliance CDMA. But in any condition amount which I paid for Both mobile (149+149=298) to reliance, no talk value and no benefit I received against that amount. It is clear that it is against consumer rights.
    I also have transaction detail of that transaction and message from reliance. Please solve my problem asap.
    Not only this earlier many times reliance activated many services itself on my mobile and cut the balance. This complain is not only from me but also many Reliance users are suffering from it. I am really suffering.Plz do something asap

    Default Refund for the deductions

    Please refund deductions of rs 14 and rs 15 at my mobile no: 9907612732 which was deducted for renewal of subscribing two caller tunes on dt 14.02.2012 and 14.02.2012 and rs 30 for subscription to crbt service on 16.01.2012. All this was not requested by me at any time. I spoke to coustomer care but i didnt get the response
    total deduction is 15+14+30 = rs 59/-

    Default Reliance Pre to post not happened from 20 days

    Hi Team,

    I would like to inform you that I have been requested on 27-Dec-2011 in reliance showroom (Reliance World, Churchgate House, Opp. Akbarallys, Fort, Mumbai 400023) for pre to post migration of my mobile number 7498096253 and I have deposited 250 /- for this.

    My document verification already done 13 days back.

    I have been continuously visiting the office from last 20 day but no buddy have given me proper response. Everyday guys (Mr. Amol, branch manager Mr. Sourabh and Mr.Bablu) telling to me like:

    Sir It will be done in evening, day after tomorrow etc.

    When I have been fed up with those guys then I have logged complain (170081620) in reliance call center 30333333. But still am not getting any response.

    Today again I visited office now they are telling to me that you need to again share your doc. (Id card and address proof). When I said to them pls refund my amount so they are telling that:

    Person is not available for refund your amount pls come tomorrow.

    How it’s possible no one is in office for refund money??

    Question: As my verification done then why they are asking to me again for doc??

    I request you pls check it and take the necessary action against that showroom team member.

    i requested for PORT Change for Mobile No.9390290081.i received Code: RA858625 from Reliance.

    iam Joining with AIRTEL with same No. & Submitted These Request Port No along with Require Documents.

    They given NEW Airtel SIM Card.when can i get AIRTEL Connection in same No..

    Angry Reliance MNP:No Incoming Call/SMS, No Outgoing SMS

    Sir/Madam,

    Mob No: 98309 16119

    I am an MNP customer migrated from Vodafone Kolkata and I am having the following problems since 25th November 2011 (56 days) and still having the same.

    No Incoming calls
    No Incoming SMS
    No outgoing SMS
    Call dropped while talking to customer care only.
    Calling from any no to my no, it says “ You have dialed wrong number or this telephone no does not exist or call dropped automatically”.


    On 25th November 2011 I have received an SMS from 55100 says “ The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact Customer support for further assistance “ and after that the above mentioned problems started.

    Apart from that I have been prompted an error code like “ Rworld - 46’H.ME ERROR “ while I switching on the phone (Dell XCD28).

    Complaints launched several times but no solution found till now.

    today in my phone number caller tune activeted without any consern .
    and Rs-30.00/- reduce from my core account.

    please solve this kindly...

    Exclamation postpaid Reliance internet modem not connecting

    My internet connection modem (sim number is 9326719702) is not working since last 15 days.
    So many i placed complain to your Shrirampur dist. Ahmednagar (M.S.) dealer.
    Now he is not giving response to phone call . His contact number is 937218500.

    Error Message is as follows

    "The remote computer did not respond to make sure that the server can be reached Ping the..."

    This modem and internet service belongs to PIRENS' Institute of Business Management and Administration. So it is very important for us to run internet smoothly for the correspondance with university and Govt. of Pune.



    It is kindly requested you to do the needful for unterrupted service of internet.

    mera 1 paisa sms pack last 8-9 months se company se band karwa raha hoon par phir bhi mera pack continue kar diya ja raha hai.iske lea Rs19 mera balance bhi kata ja raha hai, Har baar complane karne par ye kaha jata hai ki aage se ye problem nahi hoga par har baar wahi problem ho raha hai. main is se kafi pareshan ho gaya hoon plz do something my mobile number is 9334319006 & My email is rajesh148451d@gmail.com

    Hi, I am ( sheetal) reliance gsm prepaid customer using reliance number 9876857940 from last 7 months. as i have checked an topup offer on (Only for You) number 151515...it was that during rc 30 will get talk time 36 . so i have made this rc last week but get tax less value.. i am not able to understand that if offer is not true then why it is communicate to all customers ...

    Please check & revert my bal ASAP.
