I bought a samsung mobile (champ) in 2 months ago . Suddenly my handset have some problem in motherboard, my handset is showing desktop connectivity always. On 08-Nov-2010 I went to samsung service centre,

i registered so many complaint in samsung customer care also but i hv not received any reply. He issue me a job Sheet no. 33033 and asked me to contact me after two days. Since than I contacted them many times. But they always saying that your set is not repaired “Do tin din mein ho jayega, do din baad le lejiye. Like this. I am a postpaid user & job in metlife group, I have lost my clints & contacts, I' am facing many problems without phone . You can presume that for me Mobile set is very necessary, Without this I may lose my services. It is requested please take necessary action urgently, Please do the needful. As soon as possible.
