I'm an old subscriber to Loop Mobile service bearing no.9821890906 & everything was going fine till last month.
However we're rudely shocked to receive mobile bill bearing no.0004073131112010 dtd.17/11/10 yesterday via mail for an exorbitant sum of Rs.4946/-. Are u people gone crazy or Mad?shocking indeed!
u can verify our previous records & u'll find that we never got bill even one-fourth of this amount & infact-last 3 bills all were in the range of Rs.500-900-how can all of sudden we got such higher bill-esp.after changing to "LOOP PER SECOND PLAN" & that's why i called for e-bill urgently to verify the bill.
However-while going thru bill-our apprehension roved right-somebody played mischief with us-while our total Phone-cum-SMS bill aggregating to Rs.366.40 (Rs.Three Hundred Sixty-six &paise forty only)- Mobile operator had charged an abnormal exorbitant sum of Rs.3868.88 towards some VAS usage charges-whta is that? we don't know all these at all. On talking to loop mobile-billing complaint executive Ms.Mrunmyi-she told that these are some GPRS charges-what the hell is going on ? I'm fool to use ur GPRS despite having broadband high-speed internet( Hathway) at my home & office & MTNL tri-band at my home & apart from that having a reliance netconnect card (Rs.750 all incl.for unlimited usage)-while on the move-so where cum the need be to use ur GPRS-we totally fail to understand!
In nutshell-we must submit that there's some bigger anomoly/discrepency at mobile operator end-pl.verify & rectify the mistake & correct the bill . Mobile operator can't make an honest subscriber like us scapegoat for blunders at ur own end.
in this connection-we'd already spoken to ur billing complaint executive Ms.Mrunmyi vide DOCE25116055/DOC-SR-25115979 & expressed our disapproval/displeasure about all these absurd billing saga.
Pl.ask loop mobile to RECTIFY bill urgently after removing all these absurd charges & send the corrected bill-else u'll lose a genuine & honest customer like us.
