Fraud by TATA Indicom CDMA services Dear Sir,
I am Kushi Das having mobile no. 9239423139 under TATA CDMA services, residing at Nutanpara, Panchanantala, Kolkata - 700113. I using this mobile since long, unfortunately I am very shocked that one astrological pack was activated 13/11/2010 without intimating me and also deduct amount from my balance. When I was called the customer care some Mr. Sunil (Senior Executive) pick-up the ph dt. 14/11/2010 at 7:30pm and I express my grievances. But he repeatedly said that I was activating the service and sorry to refund any amount to you. He is totally blamed on me. Then I tell him that I want to talk to your senior, then he transfer my line in a blank ph. and it have been ringing 1 ½ hr. but no body pick up the phone. Since I using this ph I am very careful regarding any activation because I know this type of things happends and I am very sure that I was not activated any services from my services provider but they deduct Rs.30 from my account balance. The amount is not so big but this type of fraud is doing so many customers and they have no choice to do anything, but if you think that how the service provider will gain huge profit by doing such kind of fraud.
For the above circumstances I would like to draw your kind attention in this regards and provide us the law of justices.
