I am Deepak holding Vodafone corporate connection bearing a # 9885435816.
I have called up Vodafone Customer care to find out whether there is an option to migrate from post paid service to prepaid service.
I was told that there is no option like that. where as when I have checked over the internet I found that the application form itself is available.

please use the following keywords in google and the form can be found as a first search result (Number migration-postpaid to prepaid).
When they don't have such an option for migration from post paid to prepaid then why their website is hosting a link like this?
To my knowledge as per the TRAI regulations every service provider should allow the customers to migrate from post to pre and vice versa.
I have migrated this number from prepaid to post paid a few years ago. when they can migrate from pre-post then why cant they migrate from post to pre. Moreover I have all the dues paid till now and have never been a defaulter in making the bill payments.

I need to migrate to prepaid as I am traveling abroad and have to hold this number at any cost.
I cannot pay un necessary charges for holding this number.

Can some one look into this and take necessary action.
