    Airtel is providing CUG service in my company Bharat Electronics Ltd, Ghaziabad.
    They have offered a plan as described below:

    This is with reference to telephonic conversation of Mr. Vipin Tyagi with
    Ms Harshi Mehra, Appellate Office,Bharti Airtel Limited regarding 700 M&D
    CUG plan at BEL,Ghaziabad(Ref No. 2910201019616).

    Plan Details are given in Ref no. 610201023916:
    Bill Plan Name : M&D Plan
    Monthly Rental : Rs 700 for 2 years
    Local Call Charges : Airtel to Airtel CUG :10p/min
    Airtel to any mobile : 50p/min

    STD Call Charges : Airtel to Airtel : 50p/min
    Airtel to Others: 60p/min

    Local SMS Charges : 50p/SMS
    STD SMS Charges : 50p/SMS
    ISD SMS Charges : Rs 5.00/SMS

    Additional benefits
    500 Min Local CUG FAT
    100 SMS Free (Local+National)
    200 local Mobile to mobile (local)
    Advantage pack Free of cost.

    Now AIRTEL is saying like that

    We would like to inform that we would regret the infeasibility to activate the
    M&D on your airtel numbers as the same plan is not applicable for your Company.

    As confirmed earlier we would like to reiterate that for bill plan change to M&D advance rental plan you are requested to forward the request on the Company letterhead duly signed by the authorised signatory of the Company,mentioning the numbers on which the bill plan needs to be changed.

    Default CUG plan at BEL Ghazibad

    Hi Rakesh,

    i received call from AIRTEL corporate office regarding the same issue. Now they are saying that we can provide only we have given in written. Whatever discussed on telephone, we can't comply. I just wanna to confirm you that I have record my conversation with Ms Harshi Appellate Office. So I think, they can't deny what I am saying.

    Can anyone tel me whts the procedure to change the individual plan to CUG plan...
    I asked customer care, they told that thre is possiblity to change, but i need the change for my same number !!

    Default Unable to get another CUG Sim

    Hi,

    I was having CUG plan for my two sim , and I wanted to opt same 99rs CUG for another new sim, but according to the airtel rules its not possible to have one more CUG connection, if that is the case I wanted to disconnect my Airtel connection and will go for some other network.


    Please help in this regards.........
