    Default Mobile services blocked without notification causing lot of risk to business a

    I have appliedd for change in mobile services from PREPAID to POSTPAID to service provider, for this they have taken more than 120 days. Now since 20 Nov 2010, 1800 hrs. I have sent mails to Nodal officers/121 and appellete.
    Non of them have responded. I would claim Airtel to be penalised for this and compensation paid to me.
