    Angry Tata Docomo - Worst Network - Worst Customer Support

    I have done special recharge of Rs.95 on 16/11/2010. I have Tata Docomo internet setting pre installed and working fine, but from 16/11/2010 onwards GPRS is connecting at all. I was following with Tata Docomo customer care executive but no one is able to give resolution for my problem. It is frustrating that every time when I call your executive, they are giving same statement like settings problem,network problem,will get activated within an hours time and moreover no body knows English well and dropping the call during discussion. I am totally fed up of using Tata Docomo service and consider this my last complaint and hope that I will receive resolution shortly.If not so I dont have any option of changing the network.

    Angry IDEA's MULTIPLE BALANCE DEDUCTIONS

    i was also deducted with amounts like 14, 45, 30 and once 146.5 rupees for unnecessary reasons like gprs, some image download from idea site etc etc which i hadn't used... this is happening from past 2 years...
    Whenever i
    try to talk to an executive, after a long hold, call gets connected and with a "hello" it automatically gets disconnected... if luckily it gets connected and stays connected, i face problem with executives as they cannot understand and speak proper english, but still i give every detail about the problem spending about 10-15 mins trying to make the executive understand the exact problem, when at last, the executive asks me to stay on hold while complaint is registered.. BOOM!!! call gets disconnected..
    I'll have to call again and
    explain everything to another Einstein (executive)...
    Sometimes
    call gets disconnected 5 times in a day after my successful explanation in every call and as per the rules, a customer is allowed to call only 5 times a day... il have to wait for 24 bloody hours due to IDEA's technical problems (call disconnections)...
    If it successfully gets connected and
    i mention that my amount has been deducted, the executive easily says that there is no update in his system about my balance deduction and asks me to call after 12 hours wherein the amount deduction would appear in his system... he denies to register complaint at that t ime..
    With great difficulty, if i waste my time and
    successfully register a complaint after 24 hours of deduction, they give complaint number and assure to solve (refund amount) within next 48 hours, if i call back within 48 hours, they ask me to wait till the end of 48 hours...
    When i call
    at the end of 48 hours(again with same disconnection problem) and inform that the complaint is not resolved and my balance is not refunded, they keep me on hold and check again, then inform me that amount cannot be refunded statingactivation of VAS from my side... when i again explain that i havent activated from my side and give exact time and date when it got accidently activated and mention about the promise made by the previous executive to refund the balance, they say that previous executive gave wrong information... what the bloody hell!! making customers to wait for days giving false hopes... when i again ask the executive to re check giving exact time and date the problem occoured, he registers another complaint and tells me to wait for another 48 hours... (if i call within 48 hours they ask me to wait till completion of 48 hours again).. and when i call after another 48 hours, they again give unacceptable reason for not able to refund, register another complaint with HIGH PRIORITY (my foot)..they even deny to connect the call to higher authority...even if they agree to connect...the call gets disconnected before i get to talk,and even if i talk, higher authority registers another complaint and says the same(wait for another 48 hours)...

    they happily
    TORTURE me ( cusomer) for about 15 to 20 days in the similar way, until i lose my temper and speak harshly... the executive warns me that its a professional call and tells me to behave professionally....
    while the truth is... IDEA team members are nothing but professional beggers... who cheat and deduct balance unnecessarily...what right do they have to teach me about professionalism???
    I thought talking to them is equivalent of "trying to extract oil out of rock" and dropped my complaint...

    after f ew days or a month i face ano ther deduction without my notice, and same thing happen s over and over again, none of my amount got refunded...twice when i tried to activate gprs pack...amount got cut but service dint get activated...which when complained, gave same results like before..i stopped recharging my account and would simply use the sms... recently 3 months back when i was out of station, my other number that i use to make calls was out of coverage and i had to recharge idea(unwillingly)... recharged for 50 and got some balance ..very next day 12 rs got debited... when i informed that its not the first time it happened, they asked me to provide previous complaint numbers... when i gave, i was shocked to hear that none of the earlier complaints existed in their system.... ( someone must have illegally deleted... cunning crooks)...anyway another complaint was launched...and series of complaints later for the same, and i was assured that my balance would get refunded... i followed it up for 15 days when finally i was told that amount cannot be refunded stating that i activated the VAS "yoga tips"... i dont do yoga or meditation...so i got pissed off... i directly wrote an email and complained to the manager at adiyabirla.com
    i was surprised to see an executive call me after 48 hours and say that
    12 rs got credited... i stated about previous problems for which he replied that none of those previous complaints exist in the system and said he'd look into it... that was the first time in 2 years when my amount got credited back... only because i informed the manager... my previous deductions never got refunded still...

    If they loot one customer with such amounts, i wonder
    how many millions IDEA loots out of all customers.

    i have
    decided to get ported to docomo or aircel..... will go for it shortly.. hope idea will co-operate and do not try any dirty begger tricks....
