Dear Sir ,

My mobile number is 9840715001( Airtel ) taken in my wife's name S. RAJA PRIYA . I am using this number for more than 5 yrs , I had some amount due in my number following which i had a call from customer care to pay the bill . i have promised to pay the bill in a couple of days . Following which my outgoing and incoming was bared without intimation on 05/05/08 . All my business colleque called me only to hear Pls check the number . It was very embarishing for me as my incoming was bared . Airtel people have not given any intimation to me to barr my incoming call . If i have not made the bill they should have barred my outgping call and not my incoming call . The same day i made a payment of Rs 1200 and requested the Airtel people to activate my incoming call . After two hrs of request they activated my incoming call .

Again on 07/05/09 at about 12.00 noon they again bared my out going call without intimating me , when contacted the customer care they told me thzt my payment was not updated in there system , so i once again payed another 1000 rs , and after 2 hrs my outgoing calls were activated . On the same day again from 9.30 pm again my outgoing calls were deactivated again . I was tryng to reach the customer care but once it goes to the customer care my line is getting deactivated . i tried for more than two hrs but i could not reach the customer care . As a result i need to go out to make my calls . Depressed and frustrated with the service of Airtel , i am writing this mail .

I would also like to point that i was charged Rs 10 without my consent for yahoo zone on 06/05/2009 . Neitheri have applied for nor i have goven my consent for the same .

Hence i kindly request your goodself to inspect in this matter and take necessary action for the welfare of the general public in intimation to me
