    Dear Sir,

    We Are Request to You pl. stop my Mobile Auto Matatic deduction charges due to all sms comming on my mobile & monthly deduction Rs 40 to 50 for monthly,
    otherwise i am discontinu the airtel services
    i am allredy complet to your custemer service dept.

    Default DND facility not followed

    we had taken a connection for an elderly person to be used during emergency only and while taking the connection have made it very clear that DND is a MUST but Airtel is happy in sending SMSs reg. Cricket and charging ...
    When informed they wants details of the SMS- Name, No., date of receipt , matter and so on ..
    the procedure is so pathetic that we are forced to ignore the sms and pay for the instead of wasting our time
    AIRTEL IS A LOOTER
