They did not provide the clear picture of payments to be made at the time of booking phones and charged for the charges not agree, 1) Getting reminder for payment on my mobile when i am on roaming. 2) Disturb during business meetings for payments. 3) causing unnecessary frustration and tension inspite of my written request to surrender the connection.
