    Default Airtel asking for document submission after 3 years of use

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using airtel prepaid mobile with number +919880225880 in Bangalore,karnataka since more than 3 years. Now airtel is asking for document submission with new form to be filled as i did it at time of taking the prepaid mobile before 3 years. Now the reason for submitting the document is some government rule changed.As i already submitted my document with duly signed on it with photo graphs, airtel can use those documents as a valid document now also.

    May be airtel is asking for it because they are not maintaining customer document properly.

    Please assist me in this matter.

    Default Airtel Requesting Re-Submission of Documents after 4.5 years

    I am receiving messages from Airtel asking me to resubmit my documents after using the Airtel connection for 4.5 years. I am not sure why they would want me to Submit my documents again if they have received my documents once at the time of joining. My mobile number is 9880266811.

    Question Airtel Prepaid Documents to be submitted

    Dear Airtel,

    I have submitted all the proofs that were asked and the service center official didn't clearly mention the format to send SMS to the number 121 for activation, can you please let me know what should be sent to?

    My mobile number is 9880483452, which i have been using for nearly 4 years.

    Default Airtel asking for document submission after 3 years of use

    Dear Customer Care,

    After 3 years if usage airtel is asking me to resubmit the documents. Yesterday my CLIP facility got disabled without any prior notice and I was unable to see the caller identification. Today only I am reactivated my CLIP after calling customer care. Now they have given two days time to resubmit the documents. Please anyone help regarding this issue.

    I'm getting computerized calls from Airtel regarding submission of documets though i had already submitted all of them 2 years back. My sim is of Goa and I keep getting calls from random no.s (wrong no.s) basically.
