Dear Sir/Madam, I am working as Assistant Director in Punjab State Electricity Board and residing in Phase-II, Urban Estate, Patiala. I (along with other residents of the area) am a dissatisfied mobile phone user and facing an apathetic behavior from them, I have to call a person if his incoming call gets disconnected beacause of signal problem. Moreover, it is very embarassing and difficult to stand in cold/heat to complete a call.
