i bought a tata indicom cell phone on 26 jan 2009 from Anuj electronics ,c-11,shalimar garden ,Ext-2,sahibabad-201005 which is an prescribed dealer of tata indicom.After a few months to get any information i called to the costemer care .
sir, as i have paid the full payment the phone should be on my name.the fault might be of the dealer or tata indicom but i am suffering after buying the phone from there prescribed dealer.i am a engg. student & they always tell me to go to there store.
