I visited Hutch website and applied for a postpaid connection. My enquiry was directed to one A Plus Engineering in Delhi who repeatedly followed up with me and eventually collected my ID Proof, Cheque of Rs 999 - 1 year rental, my residence proof and photo , Since the request was meant to be for a postpaid connection - the existing prepaid connection was off in absence of a re-charge which costs more, hence my existing connection was shut and I suffered loss of business communication for about 15 days.
