    Sir,
    with respect my self Sidharth Singh Sisodia.i am customer of Airtel prepaid service.this company automatically start the value added services on my mobile phone without my permisson.so cut the balance from my account.i suffer from this problem again & again.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you I am having a Airtel prepaid connection (Haryana) and every month a value added service use to get start on my number without any request from my side and my balance got deducted and my balance reach in negative. Many times i call executive to get it de-activated but again services are activated without my request and even balance is not returned to me.

    Services like - chit chat service,matches score etc.

    I have logged the complaint many times but services are activated even after de-activation and balance is deducting (balance not returned and use to be in negative) so not able to call even at the urgency.

    Default AirtelPune - Senseless and Shameless Service

    Respected Sir,

    I am Martin V M, a resident of Ramwadi, Pune. I have been using an airtel connection (number 8600160652) for the last four months. I am really fed up with the poor service of airtel. On one side, due to the lack of proper network coverage I cannot often use this well. On the other they are deducting money in the name of various services activated without asking the permission of me.

    On Sept 20, 2011, at 3.44 pm I got a message from no AD-54321, telling "thanks for using Airtel GYAN subscription. You have been charged 10 Rupees." I never know, what "nonsense service" is this. I tried to contact the [COLOR=#000099 !important]customer care[/COLOR] for many time. My calls were abruptly cut many times. I was charged even for complaining about the injustice of the company. But my complaint was not even listened properly. I was tortured mentally in waiting in the queue for long time to attended by the customer care executive. Finally i gave up thinking that this won't be repeated.

    On Oct 10, 2011 today at 12.03 pm I received another message from [COLOR=#000099 !important]the number[/COLOR] AD54321
    "thanks for using [COLOR=#000099 !important]Cricket India[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000099 !important]Subscription Service[/COLOR] from Airtel.You have been charged Rs 10." I have never asked for any such service. Again I tried to call the customer care executive between 1.30 and 2.15. pm. to the various numbers like 121, 198, 1982 etc. Only once a customer careexecutive attended my call, But never gave me any reply. I am really fed up with the service of the company.

    I had a similar experience from Reliance with which I stopped using their service. I know many of my friends who have such painful experience from Airtel and Reliance.
    I know DND may be a possibility to stop the unwanted service. But that will block the messages sent by friends through internet.

    I would like to bring your attention to the fact that a huge amount of money is being inappropriately and unjustly eaten up by this [COLOR=#000099 !important]telephone companies[/COLOR] from the poor people of India, who do not even understand the meaning of the messages sent to them of deducting the money from their account. There is no use in complaining them often.

    I kindly request you to consider my petition and take necessary action to get my money back with sufficient compensation for the mental agony and harassment. Please take necessary step to stop the unjust practice of the [COLOR=#000099 !important]telephone[/COLOR] companies.

    I am Zaid Kazi using an Airtel number 9096352959
    I have faced this problem many times before
    The value added services start by itself with me asking for it, why the hell would i need them
    I use an android phone and dont really go through any internet surfing on my mobile still airtel charges me for some Hungama Content and that also a game... I mean come on why would i need to download a game from some other place if i already have Android market for it..

    I used to face this problem before in until December 2010 also but i used to fight the customer care person for getting my balance back
    after a long time this has started again in the month of september-october 2011 itself i have charged with some dialog baazi stuff twice(for the fisrt time i stopped the service using *121#).. on the second deduction i did inform that this is happening n told them to deactivate the service and not to activate any of these again but due to i was busy i couldnt ask for refund

    today in the morning itself i got the hungama game content service activated automatically(without me asking for it) and got my balance deducted...
    Angry i called the customer care and they refused to refund the money back... What???? Why???
    How ever i talked to a senior person and she assured me to refund my balance after a small quarrel...

    I am really angry for this kind of trouble airtel is causing and then replying with disappointment.. Now I am researching for taking them to Consumer Court and so I am on this site.. This post is just to warn Airtel for the inconvenience so that they wouldn't tell I didnt warn.. well I also warned the customer care person, this can be a proof in written if someone claims something false for it

    My request reference number is CBDAL21017128918 dated 17th october, 2011

    Forceful Activation of "Subscription to Video Parlors" on 9867083757

    Dear,

    This is regarding ticket ID 97322023 registered today in which I complained about the unauthorized activation and cannot turn it off after sending STOP message too.

    The complaint no. was also not received while writing this email and your Nodal officer doesn't accept complains from my no.

    Kindly look into this problem seriously as lot of my customer's also complain that clicking on a link in Internet Apps should not result in random balance deduction from Airtel prepaid account without providing user any chance to authenticate the subscription nor a chance to cancel it.

    It is running for two days and nowhere in the SMS that I received that I'll be charged on a per day basis because the initial subscription itself was fraudulent. Also I do not have any Airel Live settings on my cell as it is a 'Demo' no.

    Kindly look into this serious problem for the long term of loyalty of your customers.

    Post Fraud billing on Airtel Prepaid

    I have airtel prepaid card and for the past 2 months balance has been cut from my account for the services i never ordered for.And when i call up the customer care i was told i wil not be repaid back my money though they did not have any record regarding when and how the services were ordered.I expect a refund for all the money illegally deducted from my account.
