    Angry 'Communication with airtel service - unsatisfaction

    Dear Sir/Mme,

    Our telephone No:044-42127060 with broadband Connection

    Without our knowledge they have to change our broadband plan, now we ask customer service we called they says over phone communication to changed plan at 22.10.11.

    We clearly informed we don't want that plan continoue our old plan,

    but airtel customer care people to full fill his/her target to talk unnessery plans, so, they would have to take without knowledge to changed plans,

    Now they have to change plan within a second, and we ask customer care service to take 10 days from the date of complent.....??????? this is air tel service.....

    Default Frustrated with airtel service (shifting)

    Dear Airtel Managers

    I am totally frustrated with the service provide by airtel associates. For doing a shifting of my airtel fixed line and broadband from one block to another block with the same apartment.... I am totally fed up in following and make your representatives understand the requirement and functionality. For shifting charges what ever you charge, not clear what it includes.... Please call @ my mobile.. 98402 47529 for more updates.

    Angry 111 Full talk time

    Hi,
    I have already post a query for my 225 booster pack. For there is no SMS free in that. I have put 225 booster pack on 28th Feb 2012. That time for SMS i didn't charged any cost.After some days without indimation they are going to charge 75paise per SMS. Yesterday(25th Mar 2012) I recharge with 111RS full talktime. For every call i charged 1RS. I am very much irritate with this.Then why should I have this 225 booster pack.what is that use.Please take immediate action.I and my family and my friends around 50people are planning to go to change our network form airtel.

    Angry REg:Recharge issue for booster pack of 225

    I am using airtel for more than 6 years and recently i got a message regaring my booster pack expiry as stated "Dear customer your booster pack RC 225 expires today ,kindly recharge again with RC 225 and continue enjoy the reduced call rates" Message Dated:27-Apr-12,Going further withe their message i recharged for RC 225 on the next day and got a failure message as recharge unsuccessful,as per the retailer i just recharged for RC 240 to continue the benefit but they are charging for each and every thing there is no use of this booster pack If the pack is revised why cant they provide a updated message of the message to their customer who i currently using the pack about their revised pack,i was talking with more than 5 technician but the response from them makes me irrated. I never think airtel would provide such a bad support to its customer.please provide a claim for this

    Default Hello tune service stopped without notice.

    Hi,

    I am Nagaraju. Number : 8008047890

    I have requested to 90 days Hello tune subscription pack for Rs.60 on May 1st. Subsequently Rs.60 has been deducted from the account and requested song has been activated as Hello tune. And the very next day itself the Hello tune services has been stopped without my notice and subsequently I received a message stating the same. When I call customer care service, they not at all responding properly.

    Please do the needful.
