    Default Mobile Customer care representative support was very poor

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Im karthik from Chennai and im using prepaid mobile Airtel service - 9840676769 & my mail id karthik_kth@yahoo.co.in. Last 2 weeks before some of the customer care representative was attended my calls but very poor responds from them, im never expert this from AIRTEL. Very poor peoples and im really feed up of your service. Im using prepaid service, and my problem was im recharged one late cutter for 195/- rs after that im recharged for 18/rs- for internet usage but after that my all the calls getting 60 paisa, then maked a call to 198 for compliant one lady picked up the call and asked my query and simply they cut the call, after few hrs i maked call for another one person he also did the same thing. Next day one person name Arun attended the call and said within 48 hrs one of our customer support executive will call u, but no body makes a call. After three days finally im maked call to airtel customer support 121 that person speaking roughly and he said your call has been closed by our customer support representative. What happen to my balance? They saying your 18/- life time card activated to your account, if there is already one late cutter is in active means how it is possible. After this if u want to deactivate this life time you want to type Exp: RC to 400 they will deactivate it. Please kindly look up on this issue.

    sir/mam with due regards i feel very bad to say but its true i have an
    gsm number 8899543309 which was running very good and i was getting
    good sort of service from the reliance. i also have broadband number
    9368586484 i was getting bill problem on my net connect number so i
    called customer care at 180030005555 with my gsm number.when i called
    there some of the staffs gave me wrong commitments so i launched
    complain against the staff. my number was running good but today on 10
    December i came to see that my gsm number has been barred. when i
    contacted customer care at 198 at 5.05 pm with my net connect number
    there they told me that my gsm number is not on my name and document.
    and when i told them that the gsm number is on my name they told no.
    when i asked them to launch complain that my document has been changed
    by the customer care staff they told me that this is good that
    happened with my number. staff also told me that he will also barred
    my net connect he talked very rudely to me. so i disconnected the
    call. then i went to web world there a staff told me that this number
    was on my name only. customer care staff has changed the document
    because i have given complain on the name of staff. sir please see the
    whole matter and see who is such staff who has changed my document and
    barred my number. i will be waiting for the right decision.
