    Default Irresponsible Nokia care centre pupil

    Sir,

    I ve purchased NOkia 1650 in the month of January 2009. It got repaired on 20th april 2009.

    So i went to nearby nokia care (Ashok Pillar of chennai) to find out the fault.

    After checking it, NOkia employee said Problem lies with the Battery so they requested me to make a JOB Sheet i.e complaint sheet.

    Job Sheet no 311465550/090421/69 dated April 2009 21st and the due date is 1st May 2009.

    I went by 1st 2nd and 4th to get a new battery. They asked me to go home and check whether its working or not.

    But i insisted them to check in front of me in their place itself. For this they replied "we have no nokia charger as of now. so u check it in your house it will surely work as it is a new battery"

    When i shouted at them saying "being a NOkia care pupil dont u feel ashamed to tell that you dont have nokia charger"

    After this they checked my mobile by charging.
    All the above things happened for around 3 hrs on May 4th.

    At the close of above day i.e 7 pm, they came and said mobile is not switching on, "there is some technical fault in the mobile so u better lodge a new JOB Sheet" stating "Mobile is not switching on". As the day closed they asked me to come by 5th of May.

    On 5th May i lodged a JOb Sheet
    Job sheet - 31465550/090505/74 dated 5th may and due date 7th May.

    As i was mobileless i demanded a spare mobile for till that date(2 days) because solution for the period of problem is uncertain.

    For this,
    One Employee -sorry we dont have any stock as of now sir as we have given away more than 110 mobiles during this month
    Manager(lady) -Will you be asking like this to BIke company when your bike is given for service when i demanded to her second time
    Higher Technician-Sorry sir we neither have SPARE MOBILE concept nor we dont have stock too if we have that concept too.

    Frustrated by different reason i just walked away after giving the JOB SHEET.

    Higher technician promised me to repair it by May6th itself i.e one Day before due date after i pleaded to him.

    The above things happened for around 3.5 hrs

    I went again by May 6th. but my unfortunate time that higher technician was not there as he was attending some meeting officially.

    So i just showed the job sheet and said that higher technician had promised me to give today. so please go and check.

    NOkia Employee checked and gave it to me and said go to ur house and check.
    i doubted due to prior experience i checked there itself.

    NOw the mobile was switching on but it doesnt reads even when a sim is inserted.
    When i queried-
    That Employee gave a very rubbish answer Stating that
    "sir as per job sheet it is said Switching on is not working and now it is switching on. If u have problem of technical Fault post again a New Job Sheet"

    The above things happened for 3 hrs.

    Important thing of all of the above is:
    -There is not even a fan for the customer waiting hall
    -Doubt whether feedback form is responded
    -No proper guide
    -They were just trying to answer and not trying to find solution for the customer.


    Out of No other option i just browsed the net for the procedure to go to consumer court.
    Thank god here is online Consumer court.
    So i Plead you sir to get me a replaced mobile and a reasonable compensation for the mental agony i came across

    Default nokia care

    I bought a brand new nokia 7210 supernova cell phone with one year warranty n after 4 months ,MIC was not working ( outgoing voice ). I gave to the nokia care on 21 july n after so many visits n call i got the cell on 11 aug with the same complaint my handset back either repaired or nt,again the same situation on 26 aug09,still on 1-sept-09 i m waiting & struggling to get.i dont kno why such a branded company is givin the worst service.in my life wont buy nokia phones n would suggest other to buy cell phones other than nokia.

    Please help me to get the same.

    Dear Sir,

    Kindly provide us the details regarding your handset like its IMEI number, cost of the handset, name and address of the dealer with your complete contact details.
