I had put option of recharge for Rs 280/- for BSNL PREPAID MOBILE 9433526501
Via rechargeitnow website dated on 02October 2010. My PAYMENT MODE was
SBI NET BANKING. The said amount debited subsequently via CCAVENUE.
But no confirmation arrived from any side. Later I have communicated with BSNL,
they informed me no such transection from rechargeit now posted at their server.
CCAvenue in confirmation mail informed me they had passed the said amount
immediately to rechargeitnow. After repeated enquiry, any response from
rechargeitnow i yet to received.
WHAT LEGAL STEPS SHOULD I TAKE TO THEM ?
IF I WILL COMMUNICATE WITH ECONOMIC OFFENCE WINGS OF
NATIONAL CYBERCRIME DEPTT EITHER THEY TAKE APPROPREAT MEASURE?
