I have a corporate post-paid connection no. 9310211504 since 25th September 2006 (as per your record). I need solution regarding Unwanted Telemarketing Calls to my number for which I have send complaint request vide Service Request ID: 139110932, On Dated: 16/10/2010.
I have paid all your mobile bills on time since Sept. 2006 and sometime in advance also.
Now today I have get SMS from 52811 “Success! FRAUD SUSPENDED SUCCESSFULLY” and my mobile services are suspended now. Today again I file complaint Service Request ID: 140095377, on Dated: 29/10/2010 to Ms. Arpana at 18:45 PM. There is one wonderful surprise for me is that there is nobody at your customer care no. 198 knows why my number services has been suspended, they change their all false statements many time and also I talk to supervisor, she also giving her ideas only (like your address verification is negative and your date of birth is not matching) and at the end told me to contact my nearest web world. My other number 9310211501 is working on same address details. I go to immediately at your DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon web world where Mr. Himanshu meet me and given the Corporate Services Contact nos. and I have myself called to that number from my other reliance number and given the line to Mr. Himasnhu (Web World Employee) on talk request of your Corporate Customer Care Executive, he given some instructions directly to Mr. Himanshu and I have been not been provided my services suspended reason.
In nutshell nobody knows what to do and how to provide services to corporate clients, I think you have to learn services standards from AIRTEL. I am a 12 year old customer of AIRTEL Landline/DSL, and as per my observation nobody can compete in corporate services with AIRTEL (24 Hours Services). I have 8 Airtel Landline connections with 2 DSL connections and never visited AIRTEL office even connection services provided at our office on customer care call. AND For RELIANCE Communication services never solved timely by calling at Customer Care or visiting web world. Nobody have knowledge to attend and correct reply to customer queries.
Customer Service Motto of Reliance Communication is “Customer Care says visit your nearest Web World and on Web World visit they says contact to Customer Care”.
If you can start my connection with immediate effect or I should arrange other solutions to get better services.
From 25th November (via Number Portability) service providers cannot blackmailed for their business/personal numbers, Customer will be free to change service provider and Corporate Customer will go their surely, where services will be best and customer caring.
