my name is sagar seth and i live in delhi (pandav nagar). My mobile no. is 9312204301. Am using this no. from more than 4 years. am very irritated with services provided to me. sometimes there is no network coverage, am unable to make or receive calls. Sometimes messages stop working. I have complained to customer care so many times, i have given them so many feedback. Still they are not improving their services.
they are providing value added services like caller tunes, jokes, cricket news update etc etc, but why they dont improve their basic services. everytime i call to customer care they give me a new excuse. am unable to make or receive calls. If i call to customer care they dont talk properly and say do whatever you want. my mind is really irritated. please help me. Its not easy to change a no that you are using from 4 years.
please help me. i will be very grateful to you.thanks in advance.
