    Default harssement by vodofone Customer Care Executive

    SIR,
    I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS 9888402925 ON 11TH or 12TH-Apr-2009, I bought a mobile prepaid connection. On 20th Apr the outgoing services of the said no is disconnected without proir intimation. Call to the Customer Care vodofone, many times no reason was given to stop the outgoing calls. Talking to the Customer Care Executive he showed me that my no has some other Issued on some other's name. On around 30th Apr Talking to the C C Exective he told me that the Id proof have not been submited he told me to submit the documents once again on Thusday 30th Apr the documents was submited. talking to the Customer Care Executive repertly no positive response has yet been given. while talk to the Customer Care Executive, they talk absurdely and they disconnect the said no. My fameliy is staying in other state, and I have to bee in contanit cut with them. There is No Gents member in the faimily to look in to there problems. please rectify this problem as soon as possible and get the connection activate with imigate effect.

    Hi!
    Please attached below the string of emails that I sent to Vodafone.
    I've been charged for 100s of sms which I've nt even sent but as per them there can
    be no glitch & the bill is said to be right.
    I have not recieved the bill yet but I've already paid the bill so I would request
    your Immediate Intervention on the same.

    This is in reference to my previous mails. Attached is the response that i got from
    your customer service.
    believe you me that my intent is not to get a waiver because I've already paid the
    bill in full. There is a disastrous glitch on your servers as I have escalated that
    my new which is already disconnected a day before I got this connection along with
    few other #s are being displayed numerous times everyday under sms summary which I'v
    never smsed on. I've not gone through the call details but I am sure that I would
    have been wrongly chardged there as well.
    I am not a "FOOL" that I am chucking out my precious time to Escalate the matter.
    This is the 1st month & I have already faced a hell lot of incovenience already but
    I can assure you that if this is the level of Customer Service intent then I am
    sorry to say but I would do my level best to Escalate it to the Highest level I can
    & I would also do the further proceedings to file a case with the
    Honourable Consumer Forum.
    I would want an interruption from some higher authority on the same as I would not
    Waste your time & Mine if there would not have been a problem in the very 1st place.

    Hi!
    This is in reference to the above mentioned #. I've already paid my bill amount
    without looking at the bill. I just got my bill through email & the moment I opened
    it,There is a huge Discrepancy in the bill. All the local messages are showing being
    sent on few repeated #, one of them is my Disconnected # 9971863222 which was
    disconnected a day before I bought this connection so there is no chance that I
    would send a msg on my #. there is another # mentioned 989162144 which is my dad's #
    & is an incomplete # & My dad don't text @ all so why would I sms him???? The moment
    I saw the bill, I called up your Customer Service & got to speak with a very Rude
    rep who placed me on hold while I asked for a Manager & then Disconnected the call.
    It was a Pathetic experience for me as I never Expected such "PATHETIC" Customer
    Service from Vodafone.
    I would request you to please pull up my call records & check who disconnected my
    call, I again called in anticipation & the same thing happened.
    This is the first month & I have started facing inconvenience already. I would
    request you to take necessary action else I would have to file a Legal Complaint
    with "Consumer Forum" for harrasment & false billing.

    Angry postpaid conection suspended

    sir,
    I am regular user of vodofone for the past 10 years (INCLUSIVE OF HUTCH) But for the past 6months
    i have not used vodofone regularly because bill amount which comes around rs 2500 and i complaint
    with local Anna nagar office of vodofone complaint has taken but there is no changes in bill amount.
    so i requested them to change postpaid connection to prepaid connection but they have not changed
    they keep on draging me for the past 6 months and i paid my minimum amount (ie rental charges) also
    for past 6 months.
    They have send there executive to collect that amount on 23/11/2011 and that amount was passed in my
    bank on 26/11/2011 and they promised to give connection as prepaid and handover the sim card on
    same day till date connection was not given.
    I visited your annanagar office on 30/11/2011 complaint about happenings but they simply said your
    card is suspented they are not bother to take my complaint i was irritated badly.
    The executive came to my office just fooled me such big organisation treated their 10 years customer
    with disrespect kindly take action on all executives who handle my matter.
