Default complaint against Reliance Telecom for unfair deduction of account balance

    Sir,

I have a GSM connection of Reliance(Prepaid), yesterday i.e. on 27th October 2010, I recharged my account balance with Rs. 100. After 30 minutes my account was recharched by Rs 88. After 8 hrs of recharging i got a message from reliance stating that my account balance has been deducted for some amount for renewing a service THOUGH I have never ask them to register for any service (this cxan be confirmed from my Dialled report) and my new balance is Rs 17.94 only. On enquiring from 198 (Reliance customer care) their representative named Bipin Kumar said, "I had downloaded some songs and have registered for caller tune" which is totally false. this can be verified from my Dialled Call Logs.

on asking for refund of money, He replied sorry, sorry and sorry. and asked me whether i wish to continue the registered service or not. and said this amount will be deducted next month too.

Now, i would like to say that why should I pay the amount for the service for which I have neither asked for nor registered.

So you are requested to look into the matter seriously as these companies are making many customers fool like this and charging unfair money.

    Thanking You
