AIRTEL Document proof hi
please be advised that from past 3.5 years i am using some airtel no i.e 9730578759
and i day my service got discard because of document.
Previously also i am submitted by document proof,when the new norms we there.
also be advised that i was not informed about this prior through phone call.
how can they companies do this to a old customer and where are the previous document which i had summit ed.
how on a weekday i don't time to summit my document due to office timing.
if they have informed me on saturday or sunday then i would have summited by document and my serves could have not been dared .
now i want to sue then in court.
Please advice
